I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in Austin, Texas. I promote compassion, honesty, and empowerment while working with clients who struggle with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, personality disorders, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about helping adolescents, young adults, and LGBTQ+ individuals. Above all else, I am focused on building strong relationships with my clients, and I feel deeply privileged to be allowed into their lives. I make therapy a judgment-free zone where humor and warmth are a regular part of the process.

My experience includes providing low-cost therapy to individuals without insurance and facilitating mental health recovery support groups for adults in the Austin community. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and allows each individual to guide their own recovery process. I also incorporate aspects of mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help clients find stability during times of great emotional turbulence. Ultimately, I strive to create a safe space for clients to explore even the thorniest areas of their mental health journey.
